What is ESQ?
ESQ stands for Emotional Spiritual Quotient.  Our IQ (intellectual quotient) is a necessary tool, but EQ (emotional quotient) and SQ (spiritual quotient) are equally (if not more) important. These three are our tools to develop our knowledge, skill and attitude.
